Audit Excellence Centre currently provides digital educational materials for CFE and CIA exam preparation. No physical product is shipped unless specifically stated on the relevant product page.

Course materials are provided digitally after successful payment. Depending on the product purchased, access may be provided through Google Drive, email, or another secure digital-access method mentioned on the product page.

 

When will I receive access?

Access is generally provided after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, access may require manual verification and may take up to 24 hours.

 

Which email address should I use?

Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct and accessible. Where Google Drive access is used, customers may be required to use a Google/Gmail-compatible account to access the material.

 

What if I do not receive access?

Can the material be downloaded, printed or shared?

Access conditions vary by product and are stated on the relevant product page. Certain materials may be provided in read-only format and may not be downloadable, printable, transferable or shareable.

Physical delivery

Audit Excellence Centre currently does not provide physical shipping for its standard CFE and CIA digital study products. If a physical product is offered in the future, the applicable delivery terms will be clearly stated on that product page.
