These Terms of Service govern your use of the Audit Excellence Centre website and the purchase and use of educational materials offered by Audit Excellence Centre.

By purchasing a product or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

About Audit Excellence Centre

Audit Excellence Centre provides independent self-study educational materials for professional certification examinations, including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) examinations.

Audit Excellence Centre is an independent education provider.

The Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is administered by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is administered by The Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA).

Audit Excellence Centre is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of ACFE or The IIA unless expressly stated otherwise.

All trademarks and certification names belong to their respective owners.

Educational Products

Products offered by Audit Excellence Centre may include:

  • self-study notes;

  • practice questions;

  • question banks;

  • exam-preparation resources;

  • sample materials;

  • Starter Kits; and

  • other digital educational resources.

The exact contents of each product are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, price and included material before completing your purchase.

Orders are considered confirmed after successful payment.

Payments may be processed by Wix and/or third-party payment providers.

Additional charges imposed by banks, card providers or currency-conversion providers are outside Audit Excellence Centre's control.

Digital Delivery

Audit Excellence Centre currently provides its standard educational products digitally.

No physical product is shipped unless specifically stated on a product page.

Course access may be provided through Google Drive, email or another digital platform.

Where Google Drive access is required, you may be asked to provide an email address that can receive Google Drive access.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and access information.

Licence and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, all paid educational materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal, individual study only.

Purchasing the material does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to the purchaser.

You may not, without prior written permission from Audit Excellence Centre:

  • share course access with another person;

  • distribute or resell the material;

  • upload the material to another website, platform or shared drive;

  • reproduce substantial portions of the material;

  • publish the material publicly;

  • use the material to create a competing product;

  • remove ownership or copyright notices; or

  • otherwise make the material available to unauthorized users.

Certain products may be provided in read-only format or may have downloading, printing, copying or sharing restricted.

Those restrictions form part of the permitted-use conditions of the product.

Intellectual Property

The original notes, question banks, explanations, layouts, study resources and other materials created by Audit Excellence Centre are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party trademarks, certification names and publicly referenced examination concepts remain the property of their respective owners.

Examination Information and Updates

Audit Excellence Centre makes reasonable efforts to keep its educational materials relevant to the applicable examination structure.

However, certification bodies may change their syllabi, examination structure, policies, eligibility rules, fees or other requirements at any time.

Candidates are responsible for checking the official websites of the relevant certification bodies for the latest official examination and certification requirements.

No Guarantee of Examination Success

Audit Excellence Centre does not guarantee:

  • that a customer will pass an examination;

  • that a customer will pass on the first attempt;

  • any particular examination score;

  • completion of a certification within a specific number of days; or

  • any employment, promotion, salary or professional outcome.

Results depend on individual preparation and circumstances.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

Audit Excellence Centre's materials are provided for educational and examination-preparation purposes.

They do not constitute legal, accounting, audit, tax, investment or other professional advice.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

Access and Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to our digital services but cannot guarantee that the website, Google Drive, payment systems or other third-party technology will operate without interruption at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures or third-party platform issues.

Where an access problem relating to a purchased product occurs, customers should contact Audit Excellence Centre so that we can attempt to resolve it.

Misuse and Suspension of Access

Audit Excellence Centre may restrict or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • unauthorized sharing;

  • redistribution or resale;

  • attempted copying or extraction of protected material;

  • fraudulent transactions;

  • misuse of website services; or

  • other material violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may contact the customer before taking action.

Our services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including Wix, Google Drive, payment processors and certification-body websites.

Audit Excellence Centre does not control the continued availability, policies or operation of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audit Excellence Centre will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the website or educational materials.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Audit Excellence Centre's liability will be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to customers in other jurisdictions.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having competent jurisdiction over Audit Excellence Centre's principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
